The good people at City Works Plumbing provided a rapid response and a time for a service person to arrive. They arrived on time, was pleasant, tidy, polite, and calm. They explained the possible scenarios to me and the prices involved if the situation escalated.
Fortunately, the situation was corrected promptly. They gave me several good tips for avoiding another incident, explained the probable current cause, changed a part of my equipment to work better, and cleaned up neatly and thoroughly. It was a bright ending to a tense situation, and I am very happy with City Works Plumbing & Heating!
Charles came out quickly tonight (Sunday January 5, 2020) and repaired my leaky outdoor faucet and installed a shut off valve inside! Charles was very friendly and quick and explained what he was doing and why... The military discount was also appreciated for this unexpected expense! I would definitely recommend City Works!
Amazing company! I called at 11 p.m. as my furnace stopped working and I have young children, and they had a plumber out to my house 30 minutes after I called. I am very happy with City Works and will call them again if I need a plumber.
